Staying away from Self Pity Attitude

Self pity attitude. A point in your life where you feel like you're doing no right.
You're doing non-sense. No productivity. No value at all.

Sometimes, we cant avoid such situations like this.
There are factors that causes this kind of feeling.
It can be something that happened to you during the day or currently happening...
It can also be something that you're imagining or thinking.

Like getting failed in exam, failed to do task in work, seeing the guy you admired walking with other girls and it
something that makes you feel really bad... etc.

They say, everything is just "State of the Mind" and it should be "Mind over Matter"
But most of the time, our emotions causes a bigger factor.
If we feel bad about something, most of the time, everything around will be affected.
This is not the right attitude but we can correct it.

A practice that we can make to correct it even in a little way is that,
We should set our goal to get matured into things around us.
Seeing things positively can keep us away from getting too emotional.
This way, we can learn and practice how to look over the things.
It can also help us or develop our personality and way of living.

So if you see the person you admired with someone else, think that there's someone better out there
waiting for you...

If you failed the exam, its a chance to prove yourself next time.

Failure doesnt mean you're weak.
Sometimes, its a strategy of getting other's attention then
showing them how you reached the peak.
