After a long busy day at work, we sometimes need a relaxation when got home. This is to reduce stress level got from heavy loads at work and all. I’ve taken this information from Cosmopolitan and I hope somehow can help you lessen your stressed day.


1. Home-made spa fix.
At the end of the day, don’t forget to give your feet a treat. Give them some gentle exfoliating or soak them in warm water. Add some aromatic candles in the bathroom for further calming.


2. Comfy Clothes
Wear your most comfortable clothes once you get home. This will help your body reduce and adjust better to your other distressing techniques.


3. Mini Massage
Loosen up those hard shoulder muscles with a handy wooden massager. A 3-5 minutes massage is enough to relax your body.


4. Pillow
Lessen your back strain and keep it well supported with pillow. Compared to your stiff chair and car seat, you can move freely with pillows on your back.

5. Tummy Tickler
You can also enjoy the comfort of a hot soup or noodles.


6. Ice Cubes
Beat the heat and humidity by placing ice tubes at your temples. This can lower your body temperature especially after a long day in the sun. You can also use the tubes to keep your drinks nicely and chilled.
