A celebration of "Mother's Day" this coming second
Sunday of May.
For some, this is very special. Due to the fact that, our mother gives lot
of sacrifice in the family.
They take good care of us, cook food for us, prepare our clothes etc.
Their sweet advices and sweet I love yous melt our heart.
We all know that they are part of our growing up and the whole personality
itself. Why dont you make something special on Mother's day?

Here are some tips.

1. Give her card.
-You can create your own card out of your creativity.
-You can also buy cards in the card stand.
-The important thing here is 'The message" you can give to your mother.
It's the thought that counts

2. Know what's her fave stuffs.
-Of course you must know what stuffs she likes a lot.
-If she love's cooking, you dont you buy her something she can use in the kitchen.
-It could also be her fave dress or blouse.

3. Buy her Chocolates and Flowers.
-Something like courting your mother is a sweet thing to do too.
-YOu can also give her balloon.

4. Treat her to a spa.
-Make her feel, she dont have to think of the chores and all the stuffs in the house.
Let her relax and feel like a Queen.

5. Cook food for her.
-If you are good in cooking, why dont you prepare a food for her.
-Create a romantic table for two.
-You will be the one to manage the set, and Dad will take care of the rest. Hmmm Good idea.
-YOu can also bake a cake for her.

6. Sing for her.
-You can also let her sit for a while and give her a song that will surely melt her heart.

There are lot of things you can do to surprise your mother.
YOu dont have to spend a lot if you dont have enough budget.
What you think is special for her will always be the best.

Who doesnt want to sweat and smell good?

Of course no one! I got this message from an email. I know its common to see things on how to take care of ourselves but sometimes we almost forgot to do it because of our pretty busy day.
Here are some pointers that can somehow remind us all about on how it feels like to be so clean inside and out.


* Take a warm shower daily using a natural loaf and strong-smelling soap or pamper yourself with a beautiful scented shower gel. You can take a shower more than once a day according to your skin nature. You could also use anti-bacterial soap or cleanser with a moisture.

* Drink large amounts of water and fresh juice everyday.

* Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables everyday and avoid food that contains caffeine like chocolate, tea, coffee, along with pungent food, pastrami, and hilbah (fenugreek) seeds.

* Change your clothes when they get dirty, greasy, and full of sweat and wash them immediately; that includes what you wear indoors and outdoors and your sleeping gown/pajamas, and of course change your underwear daily.

* Remove your underarm hair on a regular basis.

* Use suitable kinds of deodorant directly after shower. They come in different forms, such as powder, cream, splash, and roll-on. First You have to be sure that it doesn't contain alcohol so as not to blacken your underarm. For girls especially, you can use natural fruit deodorants. They smell good and at the same time they are not very strong scented.

* Avoid synthetic clothes that are purely made of nylon and polyester. Exchange them with clothes made of cotton as it absorbs the sweat and does not cause dermatitis (skin inflammation). Or at least you can wear cotton underwear as it is the closest thing to your skin.

* Spraying perfume under your armpits won't hide the bad smell. Instead, It will react with sweat salts causing dermatitis, black and dark areas in the skin. Plus, alcohol evaporates real fast!

* If you're allergic to regular deodorants or don't like them, there's quite a wonderful natural option: crystal deodorant rock. It's very cheap and odorless, and it doesn't have any side effects. It can be found in herbal shops.
